Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cinnamon in a casserole dish (1 1/2-quart size for standard serving).
    Mix thoroughly.
    Place casserole in a pan filled with 1 inch deep hot water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 65 minutes (or until knife inserted halfway comes out clean).
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Serve warm or cold.
