Egg Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 hard-cooked eggs
1 green pepper, minced
1 onion, minced
1 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Dice eggs.
Add remaining ingredients and toss.
Serve on crisp greens or use for stuffing mushrooms, small tomatoes or any other vegetable which lends itself to stuffing.
May be used as sandwich spread.
Serves 6.
