Diabetic Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unbleached flour
    1 c. whole grain cornmeal (not degermed)
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. corn
    1 c. skim milk
    1 egg or 2 egg whites
    3 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    2 Tbsp. corn oil
Preparation
    Mix all together and pour in skillet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
