Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal (yellow)
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3 seeded, jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimientos
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. coarsely grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, adding well beaten eggs lastly. Bake at 425\u00b0 in greased corn bread pan until done, about 30 minutes.
