Apricot-Cream Cheese Delite - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. apricot jello
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple and juice
3/4 c. sugar
1 junior size apricot baby food
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 large Cool Whip
Preparation

Place
jello, pineapple and juice in saucepan and bring to boil.
Add sugar, baby food and cream cheese.
Heat slowly until cheese melts.
Cool completely, then chill in refrigerator.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with 2/3 cup chopped nuts. Serve chilled.
