Flama Kuchen(Plum Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. melted butter
    2 lb. Italian prune plums
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pit and quarter plums.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
    In another bowl, sift flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Cream the melted butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and milk. Add dry ingredients.
    Mix to combine. Don't overmix. Dough is thick.
    Place evenly in floured cake pan.
    Lay plums in even rows on top of dough. Bake 45 minutes until cake springs back.
    Cool and serve.
