Cheese Boat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded sharp cheese
    16 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. corned beef, chopped
    1 tomato, chopped
    1 bunch scallions
    1 hot chili pepper, chopped fine (with scissors)
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 loaf sour dough or French bread
Preparation
    Combine sharp cheese, cream cheese and corned beef in bowl. Mix well.
    Add tomato, onions, chili peppers, Tabasco and chili powder.
    Mix well.
    Cut top off of bread; carve middle out.
    Put mixture inside loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
