Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. half and half
1 small onion, chopped and sauteed
2 c. finely shredded Swiss cheese
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can crab, drained
2 tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning
1 small can sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 deep dish (9 1/2 to 11-inch) pie crust
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Mix the first 7 ingredients well.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes and then lower oven temperature to 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
Cool for 30 minutes and serve warm.
