Plum Cake Or Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. self-rising flour
3 medium eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
2 small jars baby food plums with tapioca
1 c. nuts (optional)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, adding eggs last and one at a time.
Bake in tube pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
