Sausage And Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. Italian sausage links
4 green peppers
1 large onion
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. olive oil
3 large tomatoes
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Clean and cut peppers into thin strips.
Peel, slice and cut onion into strips.
Coarsely chop tomatoes.
Cut sausage links into 1/2-inch slices.
Cook in heavy Dutch oven over medium heat until no longer pink.
Drain off fat.
Add remaining ingredients to Dutch oven.
Cover and cook for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Stir occasionally.
Serve with slotted spoon.
