Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. plus 2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 heaping c. uncooked rice
    2 whole sticks cinnamon
    ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into a kettle.
    Bring to a boil.
    Lower heat and cook until rice is done and pudding is thick and creamy, stirring every 10 minutes.
