Taco Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. tomatoes, peeled and diced
    4 to 8 large hot peppers, diced with seeds
    1 1/3 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    3 to 4 large green peppers, diced
    6 to 7 onions, diced
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cook to boiling, simmer until thick.
    Stir often.
    Stir in 1 large can tomato paste and simmer 5 to 10 more minutes.
