Chocolate Eclair - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large packet instant vanilla pudding
    8 oz. container Cool Whip
    1 box graham crackers
    1 can chocolate icing
Preparation
    Prepare the vanilla pudding as directed (less 1/2 cup milk). Add the Cool Whip to the vanilla pudding (stir well).
    Line the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch cake pan with whole graham crackers.
    Pour 1/2 of the pudding mixture on top of crackers.
    Lay a second layer of crackers on the pudding mixture.
    Then pour the remaining pudding mixture on top of the crackers.
    Lay another layer of crackers on top of the mixture.
    Spread 1 can of chocolate icing on top of graham crackers.
    Refrigerate to set.
