Green Chili Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pork roast or chops, cubed
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. flour
2 medium onions, sliced
2 potatoes, cubed*
5 or 6 cloves garlic, minced
6 cans (4 oz. each) diced green chilies
2 cans (16 oz. each) tomatoes
Preparation

Brown meat in oil.
Add a little water and cook pork slowly for 30 to 40 minutes or until cubes are done.
Drain.
Add flour to meat and stir to coat.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer until thickened and potatoes are done.
Serves 6.
