Chocolate Marshmallow Haystacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 (3 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
2 Tbsp. milk
2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3 c. miniature marshmallows
Angel Flake coconut

Preparation

Melt chocolate in microwavable dish on High for 1 to 2 minutes or until \"almost\" melted.
Stir until completely melted.
Cool slightly.
