Deer Meat Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. venison hamburger
5 tsp. Morton Tender Quick
3 tsp. black pepper
3 tsp. garlic salt or powder
3 tsp. red pepper
3 tsp. onion salt or powder
5 tsp. liquid smoke
1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
-
Mix up first 5 ingredients of seasoning in a bowl.
Sift into meat and mix thoroughly.
Also gradually mix in liquid smoke and brown sugar.
Make sure all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
Let set in a cool place for 24 hours.
