Whatever Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon, fried crisp
    1 head lettuce, broken in small pieces
    1 head cauliflower, broken in small pieces
    1 onion, diced small
    1 box frozen peas
    1/4 to 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
    1 3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Layer as listed (bacon on bottom).
    Do not stir until ready to serve.
    Cover with Saran Wrap; refrigerate up to 4 hours or more. Stir just before serving.
