Ziti With Scallops And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 yellow peppers, thinly sliced
    3 red peppers, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 lb. scallops
    1 Tbsp. dried basil
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 oz. ziti
Preparation
    Cook ziti according to directions.
    Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in skillet and saute peppers for 5 minutes.
    Add wine and cook another minute.
    Add the scallops, basil, salt and pepper.
    Cover and cook over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Toss the ziti with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
    Cover ziti with scallop mixture.
