Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 half chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Bake chicken, covered, 15 minutes in a preheated 425\u00b0 oven. Drain tomatoes; combine with cornstarch, oregano and pepper sauce. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
    Pour hot sauce over chicken.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake 5 minutes, uncovered.
    Serves 4.
