Turkey Or Chicken Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage or 1/2 sausage and 1/2 hamburger
    4 stalks diced celery
    3 diced onions (small)
    chopped parsley
    1/2 green pepper
    1/2 box croutons (seasoned kind)
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Cook sausage; mix sausage and croutons in a bowl.
    Cook celery and onions in sausage juice.
    Add 1/2 cup water to steam it, then add parsley.
    Cook until almost tender, then mix with sausage and croutons, then add green pepper (chopped), 2 eggs, salt, pepper and sage, then dissolve bouillon in water or pan drippings to make dressing moist.
