Italian Herb Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Russet potatoes
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. each: basil and crushed oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in 1 1/2-inch pieces.
    Place in microwave-safe dish.
    Drizzle with olive oil and mix well.
    Sprinkle with seasoning.
    Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High 7 to 9 minutes or until tender.
    Mix halfway through cooking time. Sprinkle with cheese and microwave on High 1 minute longer.
    Makes 4 servings.
