Shoo-Fly Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups flour
    1 cup sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 cup Crisco
    1 cup Brer Rabbit green label molasses
    1 cup cold water
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Crumb together flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and Crisco.
    In another bowl, mix molasses with water and baking soda.
    Divide liquid mixture into unbaked pie crusts, then quickly sprinkle crumbs over the 2 pies.
    Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
