Cheese Filled Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Ronzoni Manicotti shells
2 lb. ricotta cheese
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, diced or shredded
1 c. parmesan cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 C. spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Cook shells as directed on package.
Drain, rinse with cold water.
Next, combine Ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, 3/4 cup of parmesan cheese, the eggs, parsley, salt and pepper.
Spoon mixture into cooked shells.
