Wassail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. apple cider
    16 oz. pineapple juice
    16 oz. cranberry juice
    1 cinnamon stick
    12 whole cloves
Preparation
    Simmer cloves and cinnamon stick in 1 cup of cider for 2 hours. Strain and pour into mixture of cider, pineapple juice and cranberry juice.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 5 quarts.
