Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Nine Bean Soup Mix
    1/2 lb. kielbasa
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. basil
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 chopped carrot
    1 medium can tomatoes
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight.
    Simmer for 1 hour in 3 quarts water. Add all ingredients except kielbasa and cheese.
    Simmer another hour.
    Add kielbasa and simmer 1 more hour.
    Serve hot, sprinkled with Parmesan.
