St. Paul'S Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (bulk)
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1/2 c. raw rice (regular)
    2 envelopes Lipton chicken noodle soup
    4 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Toss and brown sausage; drain.
    Tenderize bell pepper, onion and celery in a little butter.
    Boil rice and soup mix in water for 7 minutes.
    Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
