Cranberry Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
In a saucepan, mix reserved juice, 1/2 cup water and lemon juice.
Heat to boiling. Remove from heat and add gelatin.
Stir thoroughly to break up cranberry sauce, then add to gelatin mixture.
Refrigerate until mixture starts to set.
Stir in pineapple, celery and nuts.
Pour into a 4-cup mold.
Chill until firm.
Makes 8 servings.
