Baked Sweet And Sour Brussels Sprouts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. fresh or 1 (10 oz.) frozen Brussels sprouts, cooked
2 Tbsp. oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Arrange sprouts in shallow baking dish.
Blend all ingredients, except cheese. Pour mixture over sprouts.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
