Chicken And Rice - Veggie Main Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 8 pieces chicken
    1 1/2 c. long grain rice
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 medium onion, finely cut up
    2 stalks celery, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 can chicken stock
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Wash and trim fat and skin off chicken parts.
    Saute the chicken parts in a heavy 4-quart pot or deep frying pan.
