Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. mayo (regular, light or fat-free)
1/2 tsp. brown sugar
dash of cinnamon
Preparation

Mix all together.
Put in refrigerator.
Best if made 1 or 2 days ahead.
Enjoy!
Gets sweeter as raisins plump.
If you use fat-free mayo, you might have to add more sugar.
Makes 6 servings.
