Spanish Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 medium onion
1 green pepper
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. oregano
dash of pepper
2 c. quick cooking rice (uncooked)
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 2-quart casserole.
Chop finely the onion, pepper and cheese.
Blend in all other ingredients except the rice.
Mix last with rice and pour into casserole. Cover and bake 35 to 40 minutes.
Serves 6 or 7.
