My Favorite Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie crust (thin 8 to 10-inch)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 (7 oz.) can diced green chiles
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) can chopped black olives, drained
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    dash of pepper and garlic powder
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine and blend mayonnaise, milk and well beaten eggs.
    Add chopped chilies and olives.
    Stir in cornstarch, pepper, garlic powder and grated cheese (save a little for later).
    Pour all ingredients into unbaked, thin pie shell.
    Put a little cheese on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Put oven down to 350\u00b0 and bake for 25 minutes.
    Let set for 10 minutes.
    Cut and serve with a green salad and fruit.
