Chocolate Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. milk chocolate pieces
Preparation
    In a heavy saucepan, bring the cream just to a boil.
    Remove from heat and immediately add the chocolate pieces and butter. Stir until all the chocolate pieces and butter are melted.
    Beat with a spoon until well mixed.
    Pour into a bowl and cover (let the chocolate mixture cool to room temperature before covering). Chill in the refrigerator overnight.
    Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a plate.
    Re-chill in refrigerator.
    Dip each ball into melted chocolate to cover.
    Set on waxed paper to harden.
