Reuben Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    12 oz. can corned beef, chopped
    8 oz. can sauerkraut, chopped
    1 egg
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. rye bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    6 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
    1 deep dish pie shell
Preparation
    Cook beef. Add all ingredients except grated Swiss cheese. Place half of the meat mixture in deep dish pie shell. Top with half the grated cheese. Add the other half of the meat mixture and top with remaining grated cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
