Snicker Doodle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft shortening, like Crisco
    2 eggs slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    In separate bowl, 1/3 c. sugar plus 1 Tbsp. cinnamon.
Preparation
    Mix ingredients into a bowl to form dough.
    Roll into balls about the size of a small walnut.
    Roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
    Do not flatten.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 10-12 minutes.
