Rotel Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 boiled potatoes
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; cool and peel.
    Slice and place in casserole dish.
    Melt oleo.
    Saute onion and mushrooms.
    Add Ro-Tel and cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Salt and pepper potatoes.
    Pour cheese mixture over potatoes.
    Serve.
