Cream Of Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. diced zucchini
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. Velveeta cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water.
    Add zucchini; cook until tender.
    Put in blender to make smooth mixture.
    Return to pot; heat and melt in cheese (do not boil).
    Simmer.
