Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. round steak (1 1/2-inches thick)
    2 or 3 carrots, sliced
    1 large can tomatoes
    2 onions, sliced
    1 green pepper
Preparation
    Pound 1 cup flour in steak until tender.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Slice mango over top.
    Put carrots, tomatoes and onions over top and bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 375\u00b0.
