Beef And Potato Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced, peeled, raw potatoes
    1 Tbsp. cut up onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. parsley flakes (can omit)
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. cut up onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Arrange first five ingredients evenly in a greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Mix balance of ingredients and spread evenly over potatoes.
    Decorate top with more catsup, if desired.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, until potatoes are tender.
