Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie shell
2 c. pears
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. yogurt or sour cream
Preparation

Simmer pears until tender in small amount of water; drain. Arrange pears in shell.
Combine flour, sugar, ginger and yogurt; mix well.
Pour over pears.
Combine flour, brown sugar and nutmeg. Cut in butter to make crumbly topping.
Sprinkle over filling. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve warm.
