Fettuccine With Garlic Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
6 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
1 fresh red chili pepper, sliced
2 lb. large shrimp, shelled and deveined
4 fresh basil leaves or 1 tsp. dried basil
salt to taste
1 lb. fettuccine
Preparation

Heat oil in frying pan. Add garlic and chili.
Saute for 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook over medium-high heat until shrimp turns pink, about 3 minutes. Add basil and salt.
Cook pasta in boiling, salted water following package directions.
Drain.
Place fettuccine in heated serving bowl.
Pour shrimp and oil remaining in pan on top. Toss and serve.
