Quickie Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 lb. ground veal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 twists pepper mill
    4 slices American process cheese
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    vegetable oil for deep frying
Preparation
    Mix chuck, veal, salt and pepper very well.
    Form into 8 patties.
    Fold pieces of cheese in four; place on one of the patties, then cover with another patty.
    Press the edges together so the cheese is well sealed inside.
