Ingredients

1 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oats
flour
Preparation

Combine first six ingredients; stir until smooth.
Add the oats, blending well (dough will be stiff).
Cover and chill 1 hour. Shape into 1-inch balls; place 3 inches apart on greased cookie sheets.
Dip fork in flour; flatten cookies to 3/4 inch thickness. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Cool cookies on wire racks. Yields 4 dozen.
