Refried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 8 potatoes
    nacho cheese
    bacon bits
    oil
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on.
    Let cool.
    Slice 1/4-inch thick. Deep fry until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Put on plate and cover with cheese and sprinkle with bacon bits.
