Rump Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) rump roast or sirloin tip
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix (dry)
    1 can celery soup
Preparation
    Place 2 long sheets (crossways) of heavy-duty aluminum foil in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Place roast in center.
    Cover roast top and bottom with celery soup, then sprinkle all over with dry soup mix. Wrap very tightly.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Do not touch until completely baked.
    Open and you will have roast with its own gravy.
