Ingredients

1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in heavy syrup (reserve 1 Tbsp. syrup)
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
grated peel of one lemon
2 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

Combine the pineapple, Cool Whip, nuts, lemon peel, lemon juice and reserved pineapple syrup.
Stir to blend.
Spoon into crust.
Cover and freeze for several hours until firm.
