Very Dainty Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter (2 sticks)
    3/4 c. white sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. baking soda
    hot water
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Cream the butter, then add both sugars and cream until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in 1/8 cup hot water and add to mixture.
    Blend in flour well. Stir in nuts. Using a cookie scoop or level soup spoon, drop
    dough onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
