Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. yellow squash
2 Tbsp. butter
2 beaten eggs
salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 drops vanilla flavor
1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Wash squash.
Slice.
Cook gently with salt and water.
Drain water.
Mash butter into squash.
Add rest of ingredients.
Stir. Bake at 350\u00b0 in buttered casserole dish for 20 to 30 minutes until set.
