Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 Tbsp. margarine
 
2/3 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
Preparation
- 
                            Melt margarine in 9 x 13 pan.
 
Mix together all other ingredients and coat chicken.
Place, skin sides down, in pan. Bake 35 minutes (425\u00b0); turn.
Bake until done, 15 minutes.
