Chocolate Chip Cookies(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. softened margarine
    1/2 c. granulated sugar substitute equal to 3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    egg substitute equal to 1 egg
    1/2 c. miniature chocolate chips
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream the margarine.
    Mix in sugar substitute, water and vanilla.
    Add egg substitute to mixture.
    Sift dry ingredients; stir into mixture.
    Mix in chocolate chips and nuts.
    Drop on cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick spray and bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Makes 4 dozen cookies.
